Gateway questions
What happens to my existing requests?
They keep the mode they were created with. Only new ones use the mode you pick.
Can Viau see my credentials?
They are stored encrypted and never shown in full again, to you or anyone.
How does Viau know the brand paid?
Your provider sends a notification and Viau checks the charge with the provider again before accepting it. A notification that arrives at the wrong address is discarded.
What if I turn my gateway off?
If you turn off the last one, your agency goes back to Viau on its own.
How do I pay my creatives?
From Pending payouts. You can transfer outside Viau or, with bePay, send it by ACH to Colombian banks from the same portal.
