Agency questions
How does a brand pay me?
The brand tops up its wallet and, when it accepts your proposal, the money is set aside. Once it approves the delivery, it is released to you and your creative. If you use your own gateway, the brand pays you directly and the money goes to your account.
Can I use my own payment gateway?
Yes. In Payments you connect Wompi, Stripe or bePay with your own credentials. The payment gateways page covers it in full.
How many creatives and brands can I have?
It depends on the plan. Each plan’s limits are listed above, under Plans.
Who sees my team and brands?
You decide, person by person and brand by brand, who shows on your public profile.
Can I show up on the Viau home screen?
Yes, if you turn it on in Agency profile → Visibility.
