Brand questions
Does a brand account cost anything?
No. You pay for the services you order, at the price you agree with the agency.
When does money leave my wallet?
It is set aside when you accept the proposal. It is released to the agency and the creative only when you approve the delivery. If you cancel, it goes back to your balance.
How do I top up?
With the gateways available in your country. Before paying, you see the amount in each gateway’s currency.
What if the agency uses its own gateway?
You top up directly with the agency. That balance only works with that agency and shows separately in your wallet.
Can I manage several brands?
Yes. Create more brands from Account → Brands and switch between them without logging out.
