Creative questions

Does a profile cost anything?

No. Creating your account and activating your creative profile is free. Viau Pixel runs on tokens and Viau Cloud comes with free space.

When do I get paid for a job?

When the brand approves the delivery, your share lands in your wallet. If the agency charges directly, it pays you from its Pending payouts.

Which currency do I get paid in?

Everything in Viau is in US dollars. When you withdraw, it is converted to your bank’s currency at the day’s rate, and that rate is locked into your request.

Which banks can I withdraw to?

They are all on the banks page, country by country.
